Medicals at TSA

Medicals is such an important part of group risk administration but is often a neglected area. At TSA we aim to make the process of medical underwriting as simple and hassle free as possible for brokers, employers and members.

Dealing with four different insurers’ underwriting processes gives us a unique perspective on what works and what doesn’t. Things don’t always go according to plan with so many factors at play but we’ll always be there to guide and assist to the point where a fair decision is reached and the member is informed.

Understanding the process is valuable in avoiding some of the more common frustrations and over the next few weeks we will be sharing our four insurers’ medical underwriting requirements. We hope this sheds light and adds value.
