Member Data

We are very pleased to let you know that we are implementing a new system internally that will assist with the processing of the monthly member data we receive.

Below is a list of the member details we need, in Excel format, on a monthly basis:

  • First Name
  • Surname
  • Gender
  • DoB
  • ID Number (or Passport Number)
  • Annual Income / Monthly Income
  • Category
  • Membergroup e.g. Subcompany/Paypoint (if necessary)

For your convenience you can also now download and save an easy reference data spreadsheet sample.

This information is crucial as it allows us to calculate covers and premiums as well as ascertain which members, if any, require medical underwriting or are reaching the benefit cessation age.

We would greatly appreciate your assistance with this.
