Annual Review Document Enhancements

We are constantly looking for ways to improve and simplify your experiences with TSA and our annual review documents are the next area where we are making some enhancements.

Previously you were provided with a detailed annual review letter as well as a member schedule and have read the two in conjunction with each other.

Going forward, you will still continue to receive both; the letter, however, will be simplified to focus on the detail of the scheme (structure, rates and proof-free limits) and the member schedule will contain all the information relating to individual members.

This change will be effected with the issuing of the October 2018 reviews and the following information will now appear on the member schedule instead of on the review letter.

  • Members who have opted not to complete medicals.
  • Members with outstanding medicals.
  • Members who exceed the Normal Retirement Age (NRA) for a particular benefit or who are going to be reaching the NRA in the coming year.
  • Members who are within the Lump Sum Disability tapering period.
  • Existing Disability Income Benefit (PHI) Claimants.
  • Members with Restricted Premiums.

Thank you and regards,
The TSA Team
