Important notice – Payment of premiums

The extension of the adjusted levels of lockdown continues to mean tough times for many companies.

As a result, we want to remind you that should a scheme need assistance during this time please do let us know. Each of these cases will be reviewed and we will do all we can to assist them. It is critical to ensure that there are no delays or misunderstandings should a claim arise and premiums have not been paid. 

During this time, we have also been informed that Hollard will not be accepting new business for schemes in the hospitality or healthcare industries for the time being. As soon as they remove this restriction, we will update you. This restriction has no impact on exisiting schemes with Hollard that operate within these industries.
