Hollard requires a declaration of health to be completed by the member initially. Thereafter further medicals will be requested. On receipt of all requested medicals, TSA will have a medical decision for your clients within 6 working days.

Medicals are requested for all members where there is no proof free limit or where benefits exceed the proof free limit. TSA will request and remind for up to 3 months following the need for medicals arising, thereafter, benefits will be restricted until medicals are received.

With regard to the payment of premiums, Hollard require full premiums unless a member has been medically declined or after four months on groups with no proof free limit as it is at this point that the accidental death benefit expires.

Should you require more information, please contact your Associate or the office.

Thank you and regards,

The TSA Team
