Please remind your clients that we require member data and premiums, for schemes paying via EFT by the 7th of every month. Schemes who pay by debit order, need to submit their member data by the 22nd of every month, to ensure the correct amounts are processed on a monthly basis. Debit orders are processed four days prior to the 1st of every month.

Please ensure that an up-to-date electronic member data list of lives insured is sent to us, in excel format, with each premium payment.

The list of lives insured must show, the following for each member every month:

• Full Name

• Identity number / Date of Birth

• Gender

• Annual Risk Salary

• Category

• Any other material information
