Sanlam has introduced a loyalty program called Reality Access for SGR. Anyone who is a member of a policy underwritten by Sanlam Group Risk (SGR) gets to enjoy the benefits and services of this loyalty programme.

Some of the services of this program include, Burial Repatriation & Funeral Support, Emergency Medical Response, Legal Assist, Trauma, Assault & HIV Assist. 

In recognising the financial challenges facing many members, an additional benefit called grocery discount coupons for selected Shoprite, Checkers and Checkers Hyper stores are included.  The coupons are offered through a mobile-friendly platform. This benefit is therefore only available to members that have provided contact details.

All members will have access to the above services as long as we are receiving the members’ ID numbers on the monthly data, with the exception of the discount coupons. Member’s can log in here:

For member’s to have full access including the discount coupons we will need the following:

  1. Member data completed with ID numbers as well as contact details for each member on the scheme. Contact details include cellphone numbers and email addresses. Should email addresses not be possible, cellphone numbers will suffice.
  2. A letter from the employer indicating that they give approval for the activation of this loyalty program

Once we have been provided with the above, accessibility to the Reality Access for SGR loyalty program will only be confirmed to members on the 2nd working day of the next month.

Please note that standalone funeral schemes will not have access to these benefits.
