Over and above completing and signing an Acceptance form, schemes who enjoy benefits with Sanlam via TSA are required to complete and sign a CoP.

This document needs to be signed by the participating employer, as well as the intermediary. The CoP confirms the group’s benefit structure and is read in conjunction with the Policy Wording. If a scheme’s benefit structure changes, they will be required to sign a new CoP.

As with an Acceptance form, under no circumstance may an intermediary sign on behalf of their client. A copy of the signed CoP must be returned to TSA for our records.

If you have specific questions please do not hesitate to contact your Associate or the office for assistance.

Yours sincerely,

The TSA Team
