We have successfully moved all TSA staff members to working from their homes until the 16th of April at least. The move to remote working should have very little impact, if any, on our service levels to you. We can still be contacted directly on our new “remote extension” numbers as well as via the office number (031 561 1044). Our old “office extension” numbers will not work during this time. All new extension numbers appear in the signature of TSA staff’s emails
We would still like to request that you try as much as possible to communicate with us by email though. Coverage in some areas and compatibility between the softphone app software and some internet providers is causing intermittent issues that we are still working on resolving.
