We understand that ultimately, the reason that people have Group Risk cover is in the eventuality that they ever need to claim. All of the TSA teams are in place to ensure that valid claims are resolved as quickly and as simply as possible. This is how we are measured and so every effort is made to ensure that claims are processed as empathetically and efficiently as possible.
The moment the responsible claims person is notified of a claim or potential claim, they will be in touch with the broker or employer. They will explain the requirements, provide the necessary claim forms and assist in submitting these to the insurer to enable them to make the correct decision as quickly as possible.
