It was George Bernard Shaw who said that “Progress is impossible without change” and although change is not always something people look forward to, it is something that we embrace at TSA.
It, therefore, gives us great pleasure to inform you of a few changes to the TSA team – all in the name of progress.
Firstly, we welcome Mark Lumley who has joined us in the role of TSA Associate. Mark will be based in Gauteng and comes with almost 8 years’ experience as an independent financial advisor. We believe this will make him an invaluable link between the demands placed on you by market conditions and clients, and our dedicated servicing team who strive to simplify your lives and help you impress your clients in all the areas of group risk.
With TSA now looking after more than 1,200 employer groups and more brokers than ever before there has also been the need to add to the teams in the office:
- Scheme Accounts, who are the ones responsible for collecting data and premiums every month, is now made up of Dane, Jeremiah, Joelene, Lize, Mbali, Nirosha, Pristine, Sarika and Sarisha.
- Quotes, who produce hundreds of quotes every month, is now made up of Priya, Neelam, Thembelihle, Serina and Roxanne.
- Requotes, who handle any changes to groups outside of review date, is now made up of Carol and Terri.
