Acknowledgment of Receipt Forms are an important part of some of our processes. They cover both TSA and yourselves, acting as proof that certain information has been communicated and received by clients. They are also necessary in many cases for compliance purposes.
They are sent out with all of our implementation, review and benefit structure change packs and they need to be signed by an authorised signatory of the employer each time.
Please ensure that these are signed and returned when asked for.
