To all our friends and valued customers,

Firstly, we hope that you are managing yourselves and your businesses in the most responsible manner possible under these challenging circumstances.

Last week we sent out communication from our insurers regarding Covid-19, which should provide policyholders with some peace of mind. Please encourage them to keep their premiums up to date as now, more than ever, it will be important to ensure cover is in place.

With 274 confirmed cases as of yesterday and an announcement expected from our presidency today, all things seem to be pointing towards less movement and social interaction. In anticipation of this scenario, we began setting staff up to work remotely last week and today, 40% of TSA began work from the safety of their own homes. We will continue to move staff off site during the course of today with the aim of being able to function completely remotely within the next two days.

Please note that this should have a minimal impact, if any, on our service levels to you. The only request we would like to make is that you try as much as possible to communicate with us by email as opposed to telephone. Softphone apps allow us to make, receive and transfer calls as we would in office but coverage in some areas and compatibility between the software and some internet providers is causing intermittent issues that we are working on resolving.

Thank you for your understanding and ongoing support. If we can assist in any way, whether that be insurance related or otherwise, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Yours sincerely,
The TSA Team
