In September this year we sent out a TSA Connect announcing that our online broker and employer portal, TSA WebConnect, was up and running and inviting you to sign up if you hadn’t already.
We have since loaded hundreds more users and every month more and more schemes are enjoying its benefits:
• Faster processing times in terms of monthly reconciliations and checking for medicals.
• Immediate calculation and confirmation of premiums due (can serve as an invoice or statement for audit purposes).
• The ability to pull schedules on members’ cover and premiums at any time.
• The ability to download password protected benefit statements or have them sent directly to members at any time.
