Last year we successfully launched a TSA Wellness drive in the three months leading up to Christmas. From fruit bowls in reception, a dietician talk, bi-weekly walks/runs on the promenade, a health tuckshop option as well as a surprise Zumba class – we made it through to the new year.

We are also thrilled that the wave of enthusiasm shown has carried through to 2018 and on we go, healthier and happier for the opportunities to make the most of every day at TSA.
